Another Reason Anthony Scalia Should Be Impeached And Thrown Into The Street.

After three days of testimony in the Obama Health Care debate in front of the Supreme court, who are not expected to deliver an official decision until NEXT JUNE, This quote just came out of the mouth of one of the worst Supreme Court Justices in modern history;
JUSTICE SCALIA: Mr. Kneedler, what happened to the Eighth Amendment? You really want us to go through these 2,700 pages? (Laughter.) And do you really expect the Court to do that? Or do you expect us to — to give this function to our law clerks? Is this not totally unrealistic? That we are going to go through this enormous bill item by item and decide each one?

My emphasis.

Why yes, you fucking asshole, by June, that is exactly what I expect you to do.
It used to be called Homework,you sonofabitch.

By the way, his invoking the eighth amendment must be some kind of insider asshole Supreme Court joke;

What is the 8th Amendment?

Answer

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

My bold.

Funny guy this Corporate fucking whore.

Yeah dude, I DO expect you or one of your Paralegals to read, parse and interpret EVERY SINGLE FUCKING WORD of those 2700 pages of bullshit those fuckers in Congress voted on,after adding bullshit amendments to it, then sending it to The Presidents desk to be passed into law, IT IS YOUR FUCKING JOB!!

After all, now that corporations are people too, according to you and campaign money is unlimited, you should have plenty of leisure time to sit on your fat fucking ass and do a little recreational reading so you can, you know, make an informed decision on medical care that is going to affect every fucking American Citizen for the rest of their lives.

You arrogant fucking pig.

Do us all a favor and choke to death on a fucking meat ball.

    I agree. Or how about the condescending comment about groceries and brocolli? What a bunch of pricks. I am pissed at the Catholic church for claiming these douche bags as parishoners ( Roberts and Opus Dei Scalia ) Someone ought to remind them of hell and how they have a first class ticket to it if they keep lookin out for the least of their brethern the way they are.

  6. When I pointed out Scalia saying this, I got pushback about it being a joke. Well it's the Supreme Court, and I thought the matter would be taken way more seriously than "will we be forced to buy cell phones and broccoli?" This shows me that this is also a joke to the Supreme Court.This should have been read by their clerks some time ago and the briefs, from the clerks should have been read in preparation for this weeks arguments. That's how seriously this legislation is being taken by these appointed assholes.

  7. Hi Busted,

    Lessee, a Congress that passes a bill they haven't read, a President that signs into law a bill he hasn't read, and a Supreme Court that won't read the damn thing to see if it passes muster. But if you're a citizen, ignorance of the law is no excuse.

    You just have to wonder who's writing all these unreadable laws, and how are these laws going to be enforced if nobody has read them.

    Congress didn't read it, why should the judges?

  9. I believe it to be the supremes' FUCKING JOB to read that portion of the law that is being challenged. (That's only about 1000 words.) How else can they say whether it passes constitutional muster? They absolutely should not be gleaning their decisions from their own warped ideologies.

    Rmoney's lackey was misinterpreted. It's not Willard who has the etch-a-sketch memory issue, it's Willard's whole damn PARTY including the robed folks who decided Bush v Gore!
