Today is The Wife's Birthday, she turned Fifty today.
She is a good looking woman with a very fine figure and she puts up with my shit really well.
I am waiting for her to get changed, I bought her a gift certificate for Christmas and she went to the spa and got all dolled up today.
As if she wasn't hot enough, ooooh, la la!
I am one lucky bastard.

Anyway,I got her a big assed Garnet ring that matches the necklace I got her for Christmas,it is her birthday stone and both are quite pretty as she is.
Going out to dinner somewhere here shortly, there are many choices to pick from within a couple of miles. Absolutely no Sea Food for her, Me? I love a good steak but surf and turf with crustaceans is my favorite.

I have a surprise birthday party going on tomorrow that, so far, she doesn't have a clue about yet.

Outta town
My poor aunt.
Her dad died last week and her uncle did the same thing two days later.
Two funerals on the same day, three hundred miles away. On top of that they have been taking care of my Grandmother. They put her in a fabulous old place that I guess was an old hotel way back when. The living room and the dining room are bigger than most bars put back to back.
Gorgeous wood work around the doors, antiques out the ass.
She is worried that we are going to pull her out of there toes first.
You'll be OK granny, it's only for a couple of days, the whole famn damily is going to this funereal.
My Sweety has been here taking care of my narrow ass, she even remembered to get my mom a birthday cake and a card for Monday.
I am tellin' ya, I qam one lucky sonofabitch.
She is a hottie and she kinda likes me a little bit.
I'll be back in a couple of days. Right now, there is going to be a little yes maam. Hold still girl.

So It Begins
It's been relatively quiet around here, must be because every one is fucking broke. I just heard a boomer go off, the first of over a million to come later.
Twenty miles to the West on the other side of the Big River lies Portland.
The Portland Metropolitan area has over a million fucking idiots in it's borders.
I can see the fireworks from here.
Not to mention the local yokels.
It is very much like a war zone around here every fucking fourth of July.
Everything you can imagine that either makes smoke, light or noise goes off incessantly all fucking night.
The cats are a nervous wreck and I usually just stay home and get drunk.
Last year, I sat in this big tin box and surfed the web, no way am I going out amongst the nut jobs and the cops.
This year, I ain't gonna be here.
The hottie Girl friend has aquired a room at the exclusive inn across the river for the next two days.
When I say exclusive, she started trying to book a room on the first of January and it was booked up for the fourth of July then.
Someone had to cancel for us to get one.
So.
I am going to be gone with no internet access for two days and nights of drunken debauchery, heavy accent on both of those points.
Despite my best efforts over the last two days, I still have an unacceptable level of blood in my alchohol system, I aim to cure that.
With any luck and if I am still alive, I will be back on Tuesday.
In the mean time, stay safe and if ya can't stay safe, stay sanitary.

Damn, Just Got My Ass Chewed
As usual, it's my mistake.
I recently went to my Grand daughter's birthday and asked for a couple of pictures, I got them promptly and said I would Blog about it. I didn't and it is my bad.
I got called on it and a few other things besides.
Yeah, not all of them are valid complaints but I did say I was going to Blog about it so here ya go,Grandma.
Yeah, the little darlin' is Five and into Barbie dolls.
I gave her a gift card.
If she is five, she knows how to pick out what the heck she wants and I guess you could call it her first credit card. I suck at buying presents until they are twenty one.
Don't let this fool ya, she is quite the little handful,
By no means is this going to get me off the shit list but at least I held up my end of the bargain.
I love her and my oldest little girl who is her Mommy and both my other kids tremendously. I have some beautiful kids. Lucky me, they call me dad.
