Achmed! Did You Not Get My Jihadist E Mail?

Why in the hell this isn't a 24/7 effort is beyond me but for once I can say that a bunch of fucking hackers did good.

 — Computer hackers shut down al-Qaida's ability to communicate its messages to the world through the Internet, interrupting the group's flow of videos and communiqués, according to a terrorism expert.
Snip

"Al-Qaida's online communications have been temporarily crippled, and it does not have a single trusted distribution channel available on the Internet," said Evan Kohlmann, ofFlashpoint Global Partners, which monitors the group's communications.

British newspapers reported earlier this month that the the UK government hacked into an al-Qaida website last year and inserted recipes for making cupcakes in place of instructions on how to build bombs.
Go ahead and double up on the Saltpeter though boys.

Kohlmann said the latest incident "once again appears to bear the telltale fingerprints of government-sponsored hackers."

I would have to think we must have some of our best and brightest trying to throw a monkey wrench into the gears when it comes to disrupting communications between Al and the Queada's on a constant basis.

More of this please.

Update;

Speaking of fucked up internet, Blogger was buggered all fucking night last night and tried to eat this post twice. I managed to save it, barely and said fuck it.

For those who are not aware, I also have a Wordpress site as a back up.
It is also called Ornery Bastard.
Ya might as well book mark it too as it seems Blogger is getting more and more unstable.

  2. Er, NOT!

Because Al-Qaeda is the word play we get for Al- CIA -da?

It's clearly something to entertain us with, Busted. Like the psy-ops 9/11. (Still not clear on why all the data is still under "top secret" designation? And why the folks behind it made out like bandits (mostly Bush backers)? Let alone that they immediately moved all evidence to China? And all the scientists and engineers and architects, and . . . who spoke out were called liars?)

    And so much more.

Guys in caves outwitting NORAD? HA on the dim public's knowledge of our defense capabilities.

This most recent "news" just helps ensure (insure?) our money continues to flow into Afghanistan (and Libya)(which is GE, Lockheed, etc., etc.).

    And, absolutely!

Blogger is a bitch. Probably on purpose to dissuade us from our appointed rounds of dissent.

    It is a Google tool.

Congrats on the Wordpad site. Hope it doesn't also become "shaky" too soon as everyone's moving there. I even got one last month.

    Love ya!

Instead of cutting the communications off, wouldn't it be a better idea to trace their sources and kill them before they blow up something else?

  4. I have divorced Blogger and have my own WP blog/domain now:

    leftwingnutjob.net

See ya there I hope as I no longer update the Blogger blog.

As for the post..I am not sure we can do anything to Al Qaeda since they are a headless monster that is global in nature. Our habit of occupying countries gives them plenty of fodder for signing up pissed off Muslims.

anyone who brags that they've shut down comms for a guerilla organization that isn't mainland China is probably talking total shit. I'd love to be able to stop the bastards talking, but this is pure fluff, a hand job from the man to make people feel good.
