Sixty Nine Thousand Dollars For A Six Bedroom House On The Beach In Ireland?

I would start with the neighbor.
69 grand for a six bedroom house right on the beach?

I don't fucking think so.

Justifiable homicide in my book.

    And a certain developer is sadly swept out to sea in a raging storm, with empty bottles of Bushmills found in the front seat of his car, with the driver door open.
