It seems Blogger has decided a whole slew of popular websites are "Spammer" sites and has locked them down, not allowing the the proprietors to post!
This is just crazy.
Somebody had better pull their head out of their ass, pronto. So far, the list includes;
Skippy, the Godfather of this humble place, he was the first big name Blog to link to me, that just pisses me off.
Skippy has a temporary place up until this horseshit gets straightened out.
Another Blog Buddy, Steve Audio, that pisses me off some more.
The Guys From Area 51, crimony! I am on their Blogroll too!
Others locked down
sinfonian of blast off, link goes to a temporary site.
Libby of the impolitic.
Fourlegs at plush life.
Dr. dawg at dawg's blawg
That's just Fucked Up!
It ain't right...whelp....good thing we all look out for each other....gee like we wouldn;t think it had something to do with an upcoming election or nothing....geeeez.....
ReplyDeleteI mean Skippy ?????he is the big Daddy...and a Longtime Fixture..everyone knows that he isn't spam.....absurd...
I can't seem to access Mark of the Beast, Crooks and Liars, Rising Hegemon, or RawStory tonight either. And C&L and RawStory aren't even blogger. There's some weird shit going on tonight.
ReplyDeletePhysioprof,
ReplyDeleteWhat the fuck do I have to say that is going to change the world, EH?
bustednuckles, I've just been talking with Annti and ccmagoon from Mark of the Beast via e-mail. And it sounds like it's an Internet Explorer problem. People using Firefox aren't having the problem with the blogs and other sites. Almost bed time for me now so they've got til morning to fix it before I switch to Firefox.
ReplyDeleteTerrible, I can get to those, that ain't the problem.
ReplyDeleteThe problem is the folks that have the Blogs can't post .
You can see them and comment, they can't put up new posts.
Terrible, I have not used Internet Explorer since the day I found Firefox.
ReplyDeleteIt aint perfect but it runs circles around IE.
As a matter of fact, I deleted IE completely.
Well I can't even get to them to read or comment. Get some weird pop up saying IE cannot open them. ccmagoon says she's got the same problem. We're both using IE. But Annti says she can get through fine with Firefox. I don't know if she's tried to go to the dashboard yet though.
ReplyDeleteI think IE is the problem then maybe. Are the users who can't get into their dashboards at blogger using IE or Firefox I wonder?
ReplyDeleteIt's an orney bugger, that's for sure.
ReplyDeletePhysioprof,
ReplyDeleteWhat the fuck do I have to say that is going to change the world, EH?
Dude, changing the world starts by influencing what people think, one person at a time. Don't make me come out there and explain this in person!
Many places have changed in looks. Blogger got caught up in this and with Firefox all is as it should be.

ReplyDeleteHey Mr. Natural, good to see ya.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I can understand, it turned out to be a SiteMeter problem, especially for those who still use Internet Explorer.
I ain't been around most of the day, too busy trying to knock myself out with Irish whiskey, twice.
