I drink lots of orange juice. Nothing but these things stop the race to my chest. Usually, my ears get closed and throat is tight and sore. I feel for you. <br /><br />I never get the pseudoephedrine and the guaifenisin in combination. Keep body warm with clothes and sleep in the cold.
